Great leaders utilize the power of professional influence to ensure the development of the next generation of servant leaders.
They value collaborations that create growth and accountability to empower leadership at every level. Each member reflects a commitment to serving the community’s expectations. The Guardians maintain the competence and willingness to adapt to a perpetually evolving role. They hold each other accountable to ethical standards and they embrace moral courage as a standard.
Each member carries a sense of pride in knowing that their professional and personal actions are respected and positive representations of a noble vocation.
They stand ready to face the challenges and expectations of their vocation with professional competence and good moral character.
So when these Guardians are called to serve they do so with pride in knowing that they have dedicated their lives to the building, mending, and earning the trust of their peers, their families, and those they serve.
When evil threatens good the Guardians are ready. We will hear them call out, “SERVIAM!” (I will Serve!).
APL is a certified small business established in 2020 by Mike Davis, a public servant with over twenty-five years of experience who set out to bring together and honor good people who serve with integrity, good moral character, and competence every day.
The legacy of these “Guardians” strengthens a foundation that can be built upon by future generations of professional leaders. The spirit and principles of “SERVIAM” are the guiding principles that these mentors of today will build upon. APL serves as a collaborative avenue to recognize these mentors and give them a voice of positive professional influence. We hope you join us on this amazing journey. As we unite, we will bring good people together to do great things for our communities, families, and each other. Our team is ready to serve. If you would like to join our mission, answer the call of the Guardian… SERVIAM
